What CAN I post on the Ellie Kate Models Wall?
- Boutiques are welcome to advertise their business by posting their page with a description of upcoming sales, new items, events, etc on our wall. 

What CAN'T I post on the Ellie Kate Models Wall?
- Ellie Kate Models is very flexible on the things that we DO allow to be posted our wall. The only thing that we ask not be posted is negativity towards a model, another boutique or photography partner, an Ellie Kate Models admin or the Ellie Kate Models Business as a whole. While Ellie Kate Models is a very family-oriented company and we are very lenient when it comes to certain things, negativity is something that we will not tolerate, nor do we have too.  

How do Casting Calls Work? Can we post them ourselves or should they go through EKM?
- Boutiques should post their own casting calls on the EKM wall. If we notice that a boutique has posted a Casting Call and it has not gotten any responses, we will then post the casting call for them in hopes to get some responses. Remember, all bookings should go through Ellie Kate Models. If you post a casting call and someone is interested, be sure to email us to book the model instead of booking them yourself. That will not count as an Ellie Kate Models booking, therefore, if you do not receive photos back from the model, there will be nothing that we can do about it. So, to be safe, please let all contact go through our company.

Are we allowed to charge discounted rates and/or shipping for modeling items?
-Most of our boutiques are home-based businesses, so we know how tight money can be. Especially if a boutique is starting out, sending out several free packages can get pretty expensive. We do allow our boutiques to ask models to help pay the shipping cost and/or cost of the supplies to make the items. We do, however, encourage you not to charge the models full price for any items. Most of our models use professional photographers, therefore, they have to pay all of the photographers fees plus purchase the rights to the photos. Not all of our models will accept bookings where they have to pay, so when sending in a booking request for an item that will need to be purchased, please include a second choice model in case your first pick doesn't accept. It speeds the booking request process up so much!

Should we always add confirmation tracking to the modeling packages? What happens if we don't?
- YES! Always be sure you get the confirmation tracking numbers on ALL modeling packages. Just like your orders, there is a possibility that it can get lost, stole or just be late at getting to the models. We all know someone (personally or a boutique) that's had problems with packages arriving way later than expected, so please be sure to add a tracking number. Our models are given a strict 10 day turn around time to turn in photos to the boutiques after receiving the package. If you do not include a tracking number and send the number to us, then we are unable to be 100% sure when the model received the package or if they even received it at all. There is no way we can get your photos to you in time without the confirmation tracking number, so please, do not forget it!

What if we book a model, mail the items, and they do not follow through with the booking?
- As much as we do not want to ever think any of our EKM's would do such a thing, you can never be too sure. Ellie Kate Models will go above and beyond to try to get your items either paid for by the model or returned to you at their expense. We do understand that things happen that are sometimes out of anyone's control, so if the model is willing to either send the items to another model or back to you at their expense, that is what we will try to aim for. If several emails are sent to the model and none are returned, we will remove the model immediately from our site and a different form of action will take place. We take pride in protecting our boutique partners.

Do I need to keep an active boutique status? If so, how many models should I book a month?
- While we would love for all of our boutiques to keep an active boutique status, we understand how hard it is to try to keep up. We ask that you book at least 3 models every two months to show us that you take this partnership seriously (not just using us for advertising purposes or our fans).
