Ellie Kate Models is a modeling placement service (not to get confused with a modeling agency) we bridge communication gaps between small, home based boutiques and models.
What is the purpose of boutique modeling?
While most of our boutique partners are stay at home moms with their own home based boutiques, they are unable to go out and find models that would cost them a high dollar to help showcase their products and creations, we are the bridge of communication that connects the boutiques to our reliable models. Models often get bombarded with requests from moms asking if their child can model for them, our service helps boutiques choose models at ease with the hassle.
Will my child get paid for the photos we send in?
No, your model will be compensated with being able to keep the items they modeled.
How does it work?
First, you will need to register your child as an Ellie Kate Model. All sign up information is below. Ellie Kate Models accepts all models that can provide high quality photos. After the payment is made (pricing information is below), we will work on your models comp card and get it uploaded to our site within one week. From there, models will then be able to choose your model to model their products. A booking request will be sent to you from us at EKM with the boutiques name and the description of what you are being asked to model, along with any other photo shoot requirements from the boutique. Models have the option to accept or deny booking requests. If a model accepts the request, the model will have 10 days after receiving the package from the boutique to return 5 to 10 high quality photos to us at elliekatemodels@gmail.com. We will check the photos and once approved they will be forwarded to the boutique.
Is boutique modeling for girls only? What age group gets the most bookings?
No! Boutique modeling if for both girls and boys of all ages. While we are unable to determine which age group gets the most bookings, we do know that infant girls/boys to adults have received bookings through EKM.
Pricing
Ellie Kate Models currently only offers a life long listing of $35.
Additional siblings list for $15 (Only valid with the purchase of a full priced listing)
Comp Card Changes- Every model gets one free comp card change every 2 months. Additional changes are $5 each.

Modeling and Photo Guidelines
While Ellie Kate Models is not a modeling agency, we are not able to guarantee a booking for each child who lists with us. We will, however, do our very best to help promote each model any way possible.
Photo Quality and Editing:
All photos from comp card photos to modeling photos should be of the highest quality. While professional photos are NOT required, high quality photos are. No dim, dark, blurred or grainy images, no "clutter" in the background, no indoor photos (excluding photography studios, exhibits or any other place that the boutique may have requested) and no "MMS" or cell photo photos. Please do NOT over edit the photos (if the boutique asked for "glamour" or "glitz" photos that is fine, please but do not edit the photos with borders, wording, color altering or clip art, unless you are going to provide the original copy of the photo as well). All unacceptable photos will be turned away and you will be asked to do a re shoot.
Returning Photos:
When returning photos you MUST also send in a collage of the photos for EKM's Model Showcase Album
Photo Deadline:
Models have up to 10 days after receiving their modeling package to return 5 to 10 high quality photos to us for approval. Models who fail to meet their deadline (this excludes all vacation bookings. EXAMPLE: Disney vacation photo shoots) without having communication with us about the delay on photos prior to the deadline, will have their listings removed and will not be allowed to relist with EKM. We do understand that unexpected things in life happen, but this is a business and our boutiques are counting on you to do your part, so please keep open communication with us. We should NOT have to track down photos but we will have no problem doing so.
After the deadline date, models have the option to cancel the booking and you (the model) will be responsible for returning the items to the boutique, undamaged, at your expense. If you do not wish to return the items, a payment may be made to the boutique for the items.
Models who DO NOT return or pay for the items, will face legal consequences.
Photo Quantity:
Models should always return 5 to 10 high quality photos back to the boutiques. Provide close ups of the items as well as items of the models showing off the boutiques creations.
Ellie Kate Models strives to provide the best of the best models to our boutique partners. Ellie Kate Models holds the right to remove any model for any reason without a refund. We ask that ALL of the above guidelines are read and understood before signing up your model.

*After all information and photos are received, we will review the photos (PLEASE be sure the photos that you send in for your comp card are of the same quality that you will always be able to provide to boutiques), if approved, we will send a money request to your paypal address for the amount of your listing(s). Once the payment has been received, we will work on your model comp card and upload it to our site so you can get started! (Comp cards are only worked on on Wednesdays, unless posted otherwise, so please allow up to one week to see your comp card on our site).
